Carole, Registered Dental Hygienist

Having practiced dental hygiene for 27 years, I have had many opportunities to instruct patients in updated home care techniques and to enhance their oral health with early decay detection, cleanings, and periodontal treatment. I most enjoy getting to know our patients, seeing their dental conditions improve, and facilitating a positive first dental experience for our "little" patients.

I am the Office Manager here at West Branch Family Dentistry. I have been a member of the business staff here since 1988. I really enjoy the friendly, professional working environment and my friendships with our patients over the years. I am very proud to be a part of such a super dental team!

Pam, Registered Dental Assistant

I have been a dental assistant since 1989 and I still love this fulfilling career. After completing my training at Ross in 1989, I have continued my dental education. Becoming a Certified Dental Assistant in 2001 after attending Washtenaw Community College and then going on to become a Registered Dental Assistant  in 2002 from the Michigan State Board of Dentistry. I have received a EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant) Certificate after attending Delta Community College in 2006. I love being able to work with our patients, helping them to achieve their dental goals. Seeing that "little one" for their very first visit to the dentist and creating a positive dental experience for them. Watching the transformation of poor dental health turning into a bright healthy smile. We have a great staff here that will help you no matter what your dental needs are, even if all you need is a cleaning. Our dental hygienists are the best, I would know - they clean my teeth too!

Terri, Registered Dental Assistant

I am proud that I am a member of the West Branch Family Dentistry team since 2005. I am a Delta College graduate and licensed by the Michigan State Board of Dentistry as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA). I have over 12 years experience in dental assisting. My co-workers have become more than friends, they are like family to me as well as many of our wonderful patients. Our patients are the highlight of each day as our team strives to go beyond your expectations.

Michele, Patient Coordinator

 

I have been the Patient Coordinator here at West Branch Family Dentistry since 2003. Having moved here from downstate, I was nervous at first, my husband and I were making a new life here. This was my first experience working in a dental office, I had to learn everything from the ground up. To this end, I received alot of help and my co-workers and the doctors were great encouraging  me to learn all I could. We have a great team here and some pretty amazing technology, I have learned so much about dentistry, and so many of our patients have become such great friends. I feel very comfortable here in my not-so new home!

Sharon, Patient Financial Coordinator

I have been a member of the West Branch community since 2003 and the Financial Coordinator at West Branch Family Dentistry since 2004. I feel so fortunate to live in such a welcoming and generous community. I love seeing friends and patients while shopping or walking in town. I love my job, I work with some very talented and knowledgeable people, from our doctors, hygienists and staff we all strive for a great patient experience. I am a graduate of the University of Michigan's Dental Hygiene program and have been a practicing dental hygienist in this community for over 20 years. Our office keeps up to date with new dental technology as well as medical emergency training. The doctors and the entire staff are very knowledgeable and professional. We all treat every patient as a friend, delivering excellent dental services in a manner that is kind, courteous and professional. It is a pleasure to be a part of such a friendly and caring team.
